Great topic, I myself also use protecting their price through negotiation as my p.o.d. and my ‘recovery rate’.
I explain how most agents just play middle man and are order takers when it comes to offers and counter offers.
Owners love this, it shows you’re not looking at just making a quick sale or quick dollar and you’re truly working for them.
