Honestly just do your absolute best to not focus on it. I find by thinking about things that are already going well, past great results or things that you desire it takes the energy away from whatever is bothering you.
Sure, it may pop back in your head again and again and again however after a while with some persistent focus on good feeling thoughts it goes away and you can move on. It is only getting you down because of the emotion you are giving to it, if you mentally move away from the thing or event, it will also move away from you and disappear.

One great struggle I have is database management, getting 100% out of every contact.

Hi Brendan,
Yep I understand don’t let it bother you I am also working on this almost 15 years later. I find it’s a time thing, because the more you do the busier you get and you can only do so much. That’s more than likely why you are having difficulty focusing on every contact. Just keep doing the best you can and you will still do well, even if some slip through the gaps. It’s an ongoing process.
Not sure if you have a database calendar but that’s what I use to create a touch point path for my contacts throughout the year.

Great videos and websites in general.
You talk alot about getting new business from a farm area, which i enjoy reading/listening too. I’m making some good ground in this area but this year i also want to focus on getting repeat business and referrals from past clients. Are there any strategies or systems that you stick to that help you in this area?

Yes, definately and always have focused on this.
I have these sections to my database:
Client AA (these are my top 100 referral sources)
Client A (all other past clients)
MO (market opinion’s)
Pipeline (anyone)
Buyers
These are the contact groups I mainly use and database market to and this is the database calender I mentioned above to Brendan.
