    Here is my question.

    Last August I wanted a new challenge. After spending more than 6 years working in an area. I have changed my area and the agency I was working with. Most people I know they said I was committing a suicide. I believe I will make it in the new area.

    • What is the best way to be on the sellers shopping list. As I am fresh and have no past sales.
    • How can I super speed my listings.

      Good to hear from you.
      Well, yes. I think your friends are right………. Just kidding.
      Fast track? I don’t think there is a way to make it happen quickly. I too am working on a new area and what I am finding is it’s about canvassing the area consistently, cold calling, door knocking if you want and finding those maybes and tracking them with laser beam focus. Keeping them updated with activity, asking if they know anyone looking to sell or just touching base with them periodically with great consistency. See, remember that it takes 9-12 contacts for people to start to become your friend so that rule needs to be met then people will start to call you. There is no quick solution here apart from getting committed, staying committed and keep going, Prospect your head off and leads will flow. Just set aside 1 or 2 hours a day for prospecting and own that time without any distraction and it will pay off. Just think about the why and the how will work itself out.
