      Hi Christine,
      Thanks for your posting, im glad you enjoyed the interview!
      When we first started in the area there were just two of us working out of our Gosford office for about 3 months until the office at Ettalong opened. Once the office opened we had a sales team of 4, front desk and property management team of 5.
      In regards to systems we use the McGrath listing and CRM database, its not really important which system you use as much as it is to have a database of some sort and be using it effectively to manage past, existing and future clients. By effectively using I mean collecting relevant information, staying in touch with clients through reminders and scheduled tasks, phone calls, sending letters, emails, sms’s etc.

   Thats quite an accomplishment to receive an award like that at such a young age. Does this happen often within mcgrath?
   You can certainly see the focus and determination, it is very inspiring!
