Unbelievable interview – thanks Mat. When I seen the latest video was with a cage fighter I didnt hold high hopes until I started watching!! He is very articulate and has some great things to say. its a lesson for us all not to be so stereotypical.
How do you know Mark? and were/are you intimidated talking to him being a cage fighter and so bulked up? You seemed so relaxed and comfortable.
Hi Colin,
I have known Mark for about 10 years. He is a fantastic Guy who is a focused machine in the ring and a real humble genuine Guy out of the ring. I have trained with Mark on and off for many years (not in the cage just fitness he he) and have watched him grow as a business person also over that time. You know to look at Mark he is what many men strive to be in terms of muscular and sculpted but there is one thing that I notice more than that which is whenever I mention his name to my Wife she always says “Mark is such a nice Guy” and the amount of times I have heard other people say the same or similar about him always makes me think that it really does take consistency of character to have so many people think so highly of you. This achievement alone is greater that any cage fight he will ever win because character is really the foundation of who we are and knowing Mark I feel success to him runs a lot deeper than just a few short term wins, I would say success to him is about the long term journey of life and becoming a complete winner both inside and out and I think he is well on his way to achieving this.

Awsome interview. Thoroughly enjoyed what Mark had to say and very interesting to get an insight into his mind and vision. Very insightful and intelligent man. A completely different angle to draw motivation from and I am sure I am not the only one who got alot from it. Great work.
