   Hi Matt,
   Great interview with Bethwyn & some great advice given. Sounds like Adrian Bo is certainly someone I would like you to interview, if you can find the time?
   Would love to know what systems he has in place eg: Does he use a database system-which one? What is his appraisal follow plan? How often & what type of communication does he favour? Just to get ideas of the basic systems that make him so successful.

   She is fabulous – what an inspiration. Wonderful to witness someone so natural and real. Bethwyn you are clearly the salt of the earth and I find how comfortable you are with what you do and who you are truly empowering and hugely encouraging. Great to see how it’s done by a woman who does it all and it is not hard to conclude why Bethwyn is so successful. Thank you Matt – these interviews are a fantastic help, especially, to those of us trying to find our feet. As Bethwyn said it can be very intimidating/daunting starting out. Well done to you both. Your achievements certainly seem deserved!

   Hi Mat, great stuff as always. would you consider a session on setting the method of sale. Auctions are always thrashed but, i notice you do a lot of “price guide from” when your advertising property. Could you possibly role play this and go through your pro’s and con’s of each method? ie: set price, price range, tender, auction, price from, and no price.
   I would be really interested in this part of your presentation to your sellers, and how you present this. Thanks mate.
