   This is so important! My passion is to hit the pavement at 5.30am and power walk for an hour. I’m in the Merewether area of Newcastle, and i truly believe that i live in the most beautiful city. From the architecture of the old gothic homes on the hill, to the new developments along the harbor. At this time of the morning the city just glows, it gives such a positive feel. By the time im showered and in the office i’m pumped and fresh for my day. My Husband is a surfer, and i can tell when he has not got his daily surf in! I also believe in this industry you do have to be selfish and have your hour of Passion time’. Go on, try it out tomorrow and i gaurentee you will give a better you to your clients tomorrow!

   SO TRUE.

   I’m not in Real Estate, but working behind a desk for hours as a designer can definitely crush the attitude if you’re not fresh and snappy!
   As Paul Hanna famously said – Your attitude determines your altitude…

   looked a bit onshore though, did you get a few nice ones?
