Hi Mat – I have purchased your system and am starting to impliment the processes you use. It is still early days yet so I am not at the stage to set up the EBU. I think the most important thing I look for if it’s an admin PA is attention to detail, if they don’t have this then it won’t work. They have to have an eye like an eagle. If it’s a buyer agent then they need to have a great work ethic, all of the rest can be trained if they are a buyer agent. These are the things I would look for in these areas.
