Been running a group in the office with 7 young sales Guys called “Young Guns”. We are into our 4th week now and it’s really interesting to see the passion in some of these young Guys. They are on an absolute mission to achieve great success. It inspires me. They are so committed to their success journey you can feel it when you are around them.
I was reading Donald Trump’s new book the other day and he said in one of the chapters that he made a decision a while ago to double his work hours and get very committed to his success path (well I guess it’s worked for him), he also said that the way he looks at competition is it’s there but the only way they can compete with him is to keep up with him, I really liked that way of looking at it.
Just like these “Young Guns” they have made a decision to work harder, record their numbers, train hard, continuously focus on how to get better and be constantly open to learning.
Sometimes it’s not the most skilled person that achieves greater levels of success, it’s usually the person that’s most committed and is prepared to do that little bit more time and time again.
Success will come if you want it enough, it’s just a matter of earning it.
