Had a cruisy day today. Did a market opinion, did a 2 hour buyer appoint (in the one house), then took the kids for a surf and then had dinner with the family. Just a good fun day. I have decided that I am definately going to work to a capacity this year in terms of number of owners at any one time so I can provide them with brilliant service every time and love working with them. I think success is about feeling good and when you are feeling good, good things come. I am so keen to own the space of service in the market place, it’s a process I guess.
I had the best idea yesterday for my farm area. I contacted a Mate of mine to ask about building the program and it looks like it can be done. If I can get this done I think it will double any agents market share and results in their area. See how I go.

Sounds Exciting Mat. Any preview on what this idea may be? And when do you think it will come out?
Still working on the concept will be a while till I will release something. I have to create it and start using it myself first to make sure it works. The idea seems good though. Will let you know down the track some time.
