Hey Colin,
Yep, I know what you're saying.
I always address the card to whoever I spoke to only ie: Susan in this case.
If you get to know the other person in the house well over time, you might make reference to them in the body of the card ie; "look forward to keeping yourself and Paul up to date in the future". This is not very often though I usually just write the persons name I spoke to.

Im definately trying to cut out the majority of carbs for dinner such as pasta, rice etc. Will be interesting to see how I go :-)

This is totally of topic but I didnt know where to post new questions. Mat, Lets say you phone someone (cold call) and the property is owned by husband and wife (eg Paul & Susan Smith) however, you only have a brief chat to Susan.

When sending them a thank you card the next day, do you only address it to Susan Smith because that is the only person that you had the contact with on THAT occassion?

P.S The new site is great and what you constantly give back to the real estate industry is unbelievable. I wAt to say on behalf of everyone that has enjoyed this site including the last site AND all your hot topics interviews - A VERY BIG THANK YOU!!

Cheers

A few slices of bread a day won’t make you fat, although carbohydrates in general can, and by:
exercising regularly,
not eating carbohydrates in the evening,
staying away from junk food,
eating the food pyramid,
you lessen the chance of weight gain.

Most people load up on carbs for dinner and or before bed, all the carbs do is sit there while you sleep, carbs are your energy source, a critical element of anyone’s diet, there’s just a time and a place for them, unless you’re one of the few whose genetic disposition allows them to eat anything, anywhere anytime and never put on weight. Carbs your body needs while you’re active, not when you’re asleep and your body isn’t using them.

Moral of the story, bread is great, carbs are great, however for most people carbs should only be eaten throughout the day when your body is busy burning them off.
